Our professional in house laundry with state of the art equipment enables us to provide perfectly clean and pressed linen.

Our services can be used alongside or separately to our cleaning service. Clients using both cleaning and linen services receive a discounted rate on laundry. We can formulate a cleaning and linen package with clients tailored to your needs.

We Deliver Excellent Results

We have modern up to date machinery that is able to provide excellent results when finishing your linens. Our equipment does not mark or stain, like so many can do when they are at too high a temperature.

Our state of the art laundry along with cloud based tracking software means we can track our linen from when it is picked up until it is returned pressed and folded. All the linen we service is delivered in branded linen bags back to you and can also be used to send linen to us for cleaning.

Linen can be dropped to us or we can provide a free pick up and delivery service* which covers Norwich and the rest of Norfolk. Please get in contact with us to confirm your location as we may be able to help if you are outside of our area.

Laundry Process

Laundry Process

Once we have your linens we follow a 4 step process;

We tag all linen and audit the machine it goes in. Linen is kept separate at all times to prevent any mix up of clients linen.
Linen is checked for stains and or damage and then washed.
Linens are finished through our flat press.
Linens are packaged and bagged for collection/delivery

Once ready, all of our linen is placed in sealed bags and labelled ready for delivery. We have a very experienced team who aim to turnaround linen within 3-4 days.

We are fully flexible– you can use us once or we can work with customers on a regular service contract.

All of our linen services are itemised on invoice so that you can keep track of your inventories and costs.

We always make sure linen is in pristine condition and packed properly when it leaves our laundry premises – ready for immediate use.
