Linen Hire and Laundry
We have our own in-house laundry, we do not outsource any laundering of customers linens. This ensures we maintain our high standards.
We supply white hotel bedding with a quality finish, creating a luxurious feel. Our bed linen collection includes pillowcases, duvet covers and flat sheets.
Our state of the art laundry equipment along with cloud based tracking software means we can track your linen from when it is picked up until it is returned pressed and folded. All the linen we service is delivered in branded linen bags back to you and can also be used to send linen to us for cleaning.

Welcome Packs and Hampers
We have developed good working relationships with suppliers of products indigenous to both Norfolk and Suffolk. As a result, we offer a range of welcome pack options that include local products and add a thoughtful touch for your discerning guests .
Our welcome packs are displayed in natural baskets. The benefit of this service is that the contents can be stored in their original packaging without the risk of becoming unsuitable for consumption in a short period of time. We can send across options to you or tailor specific hampers for your properties.

We monitor stock levels using our app and inform you as and when new products are needed, so that you can keep an eye on usage by guests and can alter quantities required accordingly.
