Bespoke Client Reports for Each Property

We carry out a condition report at the beginning of each clean, this gives us time to report any damage or maintenance issues to our clients immediately and gives maximum time to rectify before new guests arrives.

Our brilliant, highly trained holiday home cleaning team get to work and once the property is sparkling our cleaners complete a service report with photos of the entire property. This report is sent to you electronically - helping you manage your guests queries in addition to providing a full audit trail and peace of mind that the property has been left ‘guest ready’.

Standards of Excellence Check

We offer a standards of excellence check for each of our properties. This programme enables us to offer a personalised service to you as our client with a dedicated property manager carrying out surprise spot checks to ensure our standards are consistent and to monitor our quality control processes.

As a result if our operatives have caused something to be wrong or not right – we promise to come back and rectify it.

Service ‘MOT’ Reviews

In order that we continually improve we check in with our clients formally and carry out a good service check, a bit like an MOT for how the cleaning and servicing of the property is going.
