Standards of Excellence Check
This programme means that we offer a personalised service to you as our client with a dedicated property manager carrying out surprise spot checks to monitor our quality control for the majority of the cleans. As a result if something is wrong or not right – we promise to come back and rectify it.

Bespoke Client Reports

We carry out a condition report at the beginning of each clean, this gives us time to report any damage or maintenance issues to our clients immediately and gives maximum time to rectify before new guests arrives.

Our brilliant, highly trained holiday home cleaning team get to work and once the property is sparkling our cleaners complete a service report with photos of the entire property. This report is sent to you electronically - helping you manage your guests queries in addition to providing a full audit trail and peace of mind that the property has been left ‘guest ready’.

Service ‘MOT’ Reviews
We thrive off of positive reviews and happy customers so in order that we improve and maintain our excellent standards we check in with you formally and carry out a 'good service check', a bit like an MOT for how the cleaning and servicing of the property is going. At our meeting we review our standards and the service needs of each property along with any new reviews. These meetings are arranged at regular intervals throughout the year.
